TSW201 VMD-TSW201-007-05 one-channel vibration transmitter
Description:
TSW201 VMD-TSW201-007-05 match with WW007, frequency range 1 … 250 Hz and with 5 m system length.
The one-channel vibration transmitter TSW201 measures with the assistance of the proximity transducer non-contacting the shaft vibration Sppm. It allows measurements according to DIN ISO 10817-1 and forming the peak to peak value. The TSW201 is partially equivalent to the API 610.
Measuring ranges:
Selected over a Switch at the front panel.

Internal Control:
Controlled is an interruption or a short circuit in the proximity transducer or in the cable-connections. Furthermore, it will be recognized when the measuring object is clearly placed out of the measuring range.
Fault indication:
By the red LED on the front panel and as 2 mA-Signal from the analogy output.

1 Analog output (Voltage): Static distance signal with the sensitivity of 4mV/µm with superimposed vibration (short circuit protection and decoupled non-reaction) R Load ≥ 10 kΩ.
Offset
To compensate for plants-related influences, the 4 mA point can be in the range of app. ± 1 mA to be adjusted at the front.
