IS230TNTRH1C is GE Mark VIe series PRIM PROTECT DIN RAIL module.

IS220PTURH1B provides the electrical interfacebetween one or two I/O Ethernet networks and a turbine control terminal boardThe pack contains a processor board common to all Mark* Vle distributed I/Opacks, a board specific to the turbine control finction, and an analog acquisition daughterboard. The pack plugs into the TTURHlC terminal board and handlesfour speed sensor inputs, bus and generator voltage inputs, shaft voltage andcurrent signals, eight flame sensors, and outputs to the main breaker. Input to thepack is through dual RJ45 Ethernet connectors and a three-pin power input.Output is through a DC-62 pin connector that connects directly with theassociated terminal board connector. Visual diagnostics are provided throughindicator LEDs, and local diagnostic serial communications are through aninfrared port.


IS220PTURH1B mounts directly to a Mark Vle TTURHlC terminal board. TheTMR capable terminal board has three DC-62 pin connectors for I/O packs, andcan also be used in simplex mode if only one PTUR is installed. The PTURdirectly supports all of these connections.


The Mark* Vle control system is a fexible platform used in multiple applications. Its architecture enables unique engineeredsolutions for a variety of large industrial applications. It features high-speed, networked inputoutput (l/0) for Simplex, Dualand Triple Modular Redundant (TivR) svstems. Industry-standard Ethemet communications are used for /0, controllers. andsupervisory interface to operator and maintenance stations, as well as third-party systemsThe ControlsT* software Suite, which contains the Toolboxs'T* application soflware, is used with Mark controls and relatedsystems for programming, configuration, trending, and analyzing diagnostics. It provides quality, time-coherent data atcontroller and plant level for effectively managing control system equipment.


The Mark VleS Safety controller and I/0 can operate independently or integrated with the rest of the Mark Vle controllers forsafety-critical applications that conform to lEce 61508. It also uses ControlST to simplify maintenance while retaining aunique set of certified hardware and sotware blocks. ToolboxS'T provides a means to lock or unlock the Mark Vles Safetycontroller for configuration and safety instrumented function (SlF) programming.
