GE DS200CTBAG1ADD Analog Termination Module
Description:
DS200CTBAG1ADD is designed as GE Mark V Analog Termination Module.
The Analog Termination Module (CTBA) is located in the <R5> core. DS200CTBAG1ADD has the 4-20 mA output, the 4-20 mA input, and the shaft voltageand shaft current connections. The lONET connection to the STCA board and the COREBUS connection to the OTBA board on <Rl> are also located on the CTBA board. Mark V LM power source monitoring is connected to CTBA from the TCPDboard in <PD>. A bypass relay allows COREBUS to communicate if power is lost to DS200CTBAG1ADD.

The Mark V Gas Turbine Control System employs current state of the art technology, including triple-redundant 16-bit microprocessor controllers, two out-of three voting redundancy on critical control and protection parameters and Software. Implemented Fault Tolerance (SlFT). Critical control and protection sensors are triple redundant and voted by all three control processors. System outputsignals are voted at the contact level for critical solenoids, at the logic level for the remaining contact outputs and at three coil serwo walves for analog control signals, thus maximizing both protective and running reliability. An independent protective module provides triple redundant hardwired detection and shutdown on overspeed along with detecting flame. This module also synchronizes the turbine generator tothe power system. Sychronization is backed upby a check function in the three control processors.
