Description:
125800-01 is Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-01-00 I/O module with Internal Terminations. When installed, it is need 1 full-height rear slot, just behind 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module 149369-01.
The 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, two-channel module used to provide Keyphasor signals to the monitor modules in a 3500 rack. The module receives input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converts the signals to digital Keyphasor signals that indicate when the Keyphasor mark on the shaft coincides with the Keyphasor transducer. The 3500 Machinery Protection System can accept up to four Keyphasor signals for normal configuration and up to eight Keyphasor signals in a paired configuration.
The Keyphasor I/O Modules are full-height rack modules that receive signals from the Keyphasor transducers and route these signals to the Keyphasor Main Module (or Modules). The I/O Modules provide power to the Keyphasor transducers, and provide conditioned Keyphasor output signals via their Buffered Output terminals. Applications typically use these buffered outputs to provide Keyphasor signals to external equipment, such as TDIX or TDXnet.
For Internal Termination Keyphasor I/O Modules you must wire each Keyphasor transducer to the I/O Module individually.
The Internal Barrier Internal Termination Keyphasor I/O Module provides 4 channels of intrinsically safe signal conditioning for Keyphasor transducers. The module has 2 internally mounted zener barrier modules, 1 barrier module for each pair of transducer channels. Systems that use the Internal Barrier Internal Termination Keyphasor I/O Module require a 3500 Earthing Module to provide an intrinsically safe earth connection. Refer to the 3500 Monitoring System Rack Installation and Maintenance Manual (part number 129766-01) for system requirements for applications that use the Internal Barrier Internal Termination Keyphasor I/O Module.
