135137-01 is Bently Nevada 3500/45-01-00 Position I/O Module with Internal Terminations (Proximitor, RPT, DC LVDT).

The 3500/45 differential expansion/correction position monitor is a receptive proximity vortex Flow sensor, rotary position sensor (RPT), DC linear variable differential variable converter (DCLVDT), AC linear variable differential converter (AC LVDT) and rotary 4-channel monitor for potentiometer input signals.

The main functions of the 3500/45 monitor are:
1) By continuously comparing the monitored parameters with the set alarm points and Drive alarm to provide mechanical protection function
2) Provide basic machine information to operators and maintenance personnel.

Depending on the configuration, each channel can process the input signal into what is called a proportional Various parameters of "Value". Each valid proportional value can be configured as an alarm setting set points, and any two valid proportional values can be configured as dangerous set points.
