Description:
PM510V16 is designed as ABB Advant OCS control system Processor Module. As the Advant Controller 4160 processor module, PM510V16 provides sufficient RAM for most applications. Up to 11 MByte is available for application programming. Memory is generally not a limiting factor when sizing the system; however, it is advisable to do a memory calculation to verify that your application does not exceed the memory capacity. It supports 1:1 redundancy. Each Advant Controller 460 card file holds up to three controllers. The controller Processor Modules can be configured as three pairs of redundant controllers, three single non-redundant controllers, or any combination of redundant and non-redundant (up to three). Each pair of redundant Controller Processor Modules sit side-by-side in the rack.

Compared with PM510V08 (3BSE008373R1), PM510V16 available with 16MB RAM. PM510V08 is 8MB RAM.

In redundant configurations two Processor Modules PM510, two Carrier Modules SC510, and two Bus Extender Masters CI540 are used in the AC 460.
