Description:
DSPC172H is part of Advant MasterPiece Process Control System. As a Processor Unit, DSPC172H without static read /write memory. Both the PROM and RWM memory is placed on the CPU board DSPC172. The PROM memory consists of one memory module DSMB178(1 MB)mounted as shown below. In single configuration the required RWMmemory consists of the memory present on the DSPC 172-2(0.5 MB).

All communication boards should be placed directly after theshielding boards (DSRB 110) or the CPU board, with no spacebetween the communication boards, in the following order:

The MasterPiece 200 and 200/1 was succeeded in 1995 by the Advant Controller family, it is the first generation controllers from the mid 80's for ABB.
